**What you'll do:**
The **Sales & Application Engineer** is responsible for acting as a technical and commercial ressource to field sales, customers and partners for quotations and project management at Eaton Electrical Market in Commercial Building segment.
**The Key responsibilities:**
+ Achieve & develop the sales goals with targeted existing or new customers in Commercial Building segment for electrical market to increase market share and sales in the country with good profitability.
+ Develops the customer & product portfolio in his/her area for commercial building segment
+ Builds a strong relationship with large accounts, consultants and contractors
+ Provides accurate and timely planning and specification interpretation, quotation, and technical support to customers
+ Collects, analyzes, and utilizes market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits;
+ Reviews and interprets customer needs on plans and specifications;
+ Prepares and presents bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines while using sound business judgment.
+ Plans and allocates time for sales activities with each distributor, partners, major account, and to each major job, in morocco or on assigned accounts based on sales potential.
+ Provides technical support and after sale services to partners in the commissioning and installation of Eaton products and solutions
+ Expands Eaton brand awareness and reports all quality products, or specific information relating to Eaton reputation.
+ Applies the sales policy and Eaton processes
+ Manages administrative documentation in the office
+ Works closely with the sales and marketing team and all other department within Eaton morocco sales office to follow-up sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Electrical Engineering
+ 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position (sales engineering) in commercial building segment
**Skills:**
+ Good knowledge of products and experience in sales techniques
+ Proficient in English
