Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Training and sales manager for a skincare training and distribution company in Dubai, UAE.Position: Sales and Training Manager

Position Summary:The Sales and Training Manager is responsible for achieving new partnerships, selling
Our Skincare and Haircare and treatment products to Luxury and Market Leader Spa\'s
and Salons in the Middle East. The position requires facilitation of professional product
training and support. This position is designed to achieve maximum sales potential
within assigned regions by meeting or exceeding assigned territory goals. The
successful Sales and Training Manager builds relationships with new and existing
spa/salons and identifies areas to help them grow their business. They will identify and
respond to opportunities that build market share long term and maximize sales in the
short term. The Sales and Training Manager will understand and exemplify the Brands
portfolio message in order to secure positioning as the luxury leaders in the professional
market.The position must uphold the integrity of the brand by following guidelines, meeting
expectations, goals and missions.Job Responsibilities:
Develop a long term growth strategy to achieve new partnerships:
Develop and maintain a rolling target list of potential new salon/clinic/spa clients.
Execute ongoing meetings with spa salon/clinic partnership prospects, identifying spa
/salon/clinic and brand opportunities.
To open new doors /accounts in the region for Ling NY, Hydropeptide, Rossano Ferretti
And Swissline brands
To Facilitate business meetings and schedule demos to secure new business and
achieve regional sales objective.
Maintain a long term growth strategy with existing spa/salon /clinic clients on a
consistent basis.
Prepare a strategic sales plan to ensure the achievement of company goals.
Initiate Marketing strategies to tap into new areas and markets to extend current reach
Consistently service spa/salons/clinic with education and marketing/treatment strategies
to ensure success.
Plan and Execute professional training session which includes compiling informative
and educational power point presentations to offer effective training sessions.
Communicate opportunities for innovation to management.
Observe Spa/Salon /clinic trends that may indicate the brand\'s need to shift and
evaluate in order to achieve improved sales and better serve our spa/ salon/clinic
clients.
Maintain and develop competitive door growth by building and sustaining strong
relationships with existing spa/ salon/clinic clients.
Communicate Training requirementsPosition Requirements:
Field Time: 80% Research/ Paperwork 20%
In order to excel, you must be a strong self-starter who has great confidence,
persuasive communication skills and a flair for effective facilitation. It is also essential
that you have the ability to inspire, as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty
and wellness industry.
Experienced in sales representative/ brand management / Training from the spa/ salon
/clinic or luxury beauty industry
Experience and success with client interaction, service and selling skills and in acquiring
new clients and building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Licensed cosmetologist / beauty therapist or stylist experience a plus
College degree strongly preferred with at least 4 years of sales/beauty retail background
or related experience; luxury beauty a plus
Ability to travel in the Middle East
Ability to work on weekends if necessary
Multi-Task / Organizational skills operating in a fast pace environment
Ability to assess strategic customer needs and build alliances
Excellent computer skills - MS Office; Excel and Powerpoint,
High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks with ability to
manage workload with shifting priorities
Ability to be on-screen talent for presentations and digital trainings as needed

challenges
Ability and confidence to cold call on potential Spa/Salon Owners/clinc director/ doctors
/ hotel GM / Hotel Mgrs too pitch for new opportunities.
Creative and practical thinker with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality
of deliverables
Ability to deal in stressful situations in a calm manner
Ability to quickly identify, adapt and perform different levels of education depending of
the level of the student attendees.Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in retail or beauty sales and education with ability to connect
Beauty and Hair sales environment.
Cosmetology / beauty therapy certificate is required
Proven ability to manage projects and partner with various levels in the organization
High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks with ability to
manage workload with shifting priorities
Ability to be on-screen talent for presentations and digital trainings as needed
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Bachelor\'s Degree in a related discipline is preferred or equivalent experience
UAE Experience preferredEssentials
Proven Track record of sales/ target achievements
Driving license
Car owner
