Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Training and sales manager for a skincare training and distribution company in Dubai, UAE.Position: Sales and Training Manager Job Type: Distribution and Training Location: Dubai, UAE Position Summary:The Sales and Training Manager is responsible for achieving new partnerships, selling Our Skincare and Haircare and treatment products to Luxury and Market Leader Spa\'s and Salons in the Middle East. The position requires facilitation of professional product training and support. This position is designed to achieve maximum sales potential within assigned regions by meeting or exceeding assigned territory goals. The successful Sales and Training Manager builds relationships with new and existing spa/salons and identifies areas to help them grow their business. They will identify and respond to opportunities that build market share long term and maximize sales in the short term. The Sales and Training Manager will understand and exemplify the Brands portfolio message in order to secure positioning as the luxury leaders in the professional market.The position must uphold the integrity of the brand by following guidelines, meeting expectations, goals and missions.Job Responsibilities: Develop a long term growth strategy to achieve new partnerships: Develop and maintain a rolling target list of potential new salon/clinic/spa clients. Execute ongoing meetings with spa salon/clinic partnership prospects, identifying spa /salon/clinic and brand opportunities. To open new doors /accounts in the region for Ling NY, Hydropeptide, Rossano Ferretti And Swissline brands To Facilitate business meetings and schedule demos to secure new business and achieve regional sales objective. Maintain a long term growth strategy with existing spa/salon /clinic clients on a consistent basis. Prepare a strategic sales plan to ensure the achievement of company goals. Initiate Marketing strategies to tap into new areas and markets to extend current reach Consistently service spa/salons/clinic with education and marketing/treatment strategies to ensure success. Plan and Execute professional training session which includes compiling informative and educational power point presentations to offer effective training sessions. Communicate opportunities for innovation to management. Observe Spa/Salon /clinic trends that may indicate the brand\'s need to shift and evaluate in order to achieve improved sales and better serve our spa/ salon/clinic clients. Maintain and develop competitive door growth by building and sustaining strong relationships with existing spa/ salon/clinic clients. Communicate Training requirementsPosition Requirements: Field Time: 80% Research/ Paperwork 20% In order to excel, you must be a strong self-starter who has great confidence, persuasive communication skills and a flair for effective facilitation. It is also essential that you have the ability to inspire, as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty and wellness industry.
