Job Description
AMC Protection L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Sales and Tendering Engineer with a strong background in thermal insulation applications. This role involves managing tender processes, analyzing project specifications, conducting client meetings and site visits, developing competitive proposals, and fostering relationships to secure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze project requirements and prepare competitive proposals for thermal insulation projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope, technical needs, and risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on project deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain and update pricing databases to enhance the accuracy of future tenders.
• Support clients with technical insights during and after project execution.
Qualifications
• Civil Engineering Certificate or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience as a Thermal Insulation Applicator, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Expertise in sales, tendering, and cost estimation in construction or thermal insulation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
