Job Title: Service Advisor & Sales Executive

Location: Al Bayadh Garage, Ajman, UAE

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp and calls, advise on services, and convert leads into sales by providing tailored solutions. You will play a critical role in both managing client relationships and driving revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management: Engage with customers via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person, understanding their needs and offering relevant services.

Service Selling: Explain and recommend appropriate mechanical, electrical, and cleaning services (Major & Minor service .) to customers, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential customers, turning cold leads into warm leads by building rapport and addressing their concerns.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Suggest additional services to customers, such as painting, denting, or specialized cleaning services, where appropriate.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the scheduling of service appointments, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with mechanics and technicians.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and service bookings.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Ability to handle multiple customers and inquiries via WhatsApp and calls.

Basic technical understanding of automotive repairs and services (mechanical and electrical).

A proactive, persuasive approach with the ability to close sales.

Familiarity with CRM tools or systems for tracking leads and sales is an advantage.

Positive attitude, organized, and customer-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the UAE market, especially within the automotive service industry.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
