We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Reservation & Sales Executive with experience in the DMC leisure segment. Fluent in Spanish and English, proficiency in Portuguese is preferred. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing FIT/group requests and bookings, ensuring all arrangements meet our high company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations efficiently in accordance with client requirements and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements.
- Maintain a proactive approach in managing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize revenue opportunities and exceed sales targets.
- Uphold a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- create, manage and execute programs and itineraries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the DMC / hospitality leisure segment, specifically in a reservation department.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
