We are currently seeking a Sales and Purchase Officer with expertise in building and construction materials, tools, and consumables to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in this field and must currently be available in the UAE with a valid UAE resident visa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the procurement and sales of construction materials, tools, and related products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely replenishment of stock.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery of products to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
• Analyze and manage sales data to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/purchasing of building materials and tools.
• Proven experience working in the UAE market with a solid understanding of local and international suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building and construction materials.
• Must have a valid UAE resident visa.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
