: We are seeking highly motivated a sales person, Customer Service and Operations Officers to join our team. In the role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to clients, sales conversion and other work.
Only candidates with valid residency visa (family sponsorship/ student/ employment with NOC ) will be considered.
Key Responsibilities: Sales: Handling for leads/calling/conversion. Customer Service: Interact with visa applicants and other visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their visit/call/ video meeting. Information and Assistance: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa application procedures, requirements, and related services. Assist applicants in filling out application forms and guide them through the process.
