Job Overview:
Savis Vacation Homes, a DTCM-licensed operator of short-term rentals in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager for Holiday Homes . The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the holiday homes industry, with a proven track record of business development, driving revenue and business growth. This senior leadership role involves managing all aspects of our holiday homes division, from business development to operational management, with P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & new property enrollment
• P&L responsibility
• Develop and implement strategies for consistent revenue growth and profitability.
• Drive business development efforts to expand the holiday homes portfolio.
• Oversee daily operations, including property maintenance, guest services, and occupancy management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Optimize pricing and occupancy rates through strategic revenue management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and occupancy through effective campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years within the holiday homes industry.
• Strong business development and operational management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's holiday home market and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems and online platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Valid UAE driving license.
