Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic car rental team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with excellent sales acumen and strong interpersonal skills to address customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and walk-in customers. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights to management.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and what's app. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude. Ensure smooth customer onboarding, from bookings to vehicle pick-up and return. Provide guidance on rental policies, insurance, and additional services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Handle disputes efficiently, ensuring a win-win resolution whenever possible. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and industry trends.

Operations:

Responsible for Car selling & Buying process Vehicle Maintenance Management Build relationships with car rental companies and bring outsource revenue Check the cars for any damages and scratches Manage the Drivers

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales in CAR RENTAL INDUSTRY Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools. Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage.
