Sales and Online Orders Admin
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant who has experience in InstaShop and online orders to manage our online shop operations efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth user experience for our customers and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
• - Education background in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any related field
2. Experience:
• - Previous experience in e-commerce administration, online retail, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• - Familiarity with inventory management systems and online shopping platforms.
3. Skills:
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Instashop, Shopify, Amazon).
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to drive decision-making.
4. Personal Attributes:
• - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
5. Technical Proficiency:
• - Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
6. Availability:
• - Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or sales events as needed.
Additional Requirements:
• - Must be a UAE resident.
• - Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
