•Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and•
•selling our solar power products and services both online and in person. This role requires a•
•blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and digital marketing skills to effectively•
•communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to prospective clients. The ideal•
•candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a•
•proven track record in sales and marketing.•_ It is commission based ._
•Key Responsibilities:•
•Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals •
•and revenue targets.•
•Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, •
•including online marketing, social media, industry events, and direct sales efforts.•
•Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor •
•activities, and customer needs.•
•Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to •
•prospective clients.•
•Provide technical explanations and support to clients, ensuring they understand the •
•benefits and specifications of our solar products and services.•
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to •
•encourage repeat business and referrals.•
•Manage and create content for the company's website and social media platforms, •
•including daily posts, updates, and engagement with followers.•
•Collaborate with the technical team to stay informed about product updates, •
•installation processes, and technological advancements.•
•Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and •
•social media posts.•
•Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and customer •
•feedback.•
•Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote •
•our brand and generate leads.•
•Visit clients on-site to provide personalized consultations and assess their energy •
•needs.•
•Qualifications:•
_ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. _
_ Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy _
•sector.•
_ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain solar power _
•systems and related technology.•
_ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. _
_ Proficient in online marketing tools and techniques, including social media _
•management, SEO, and content creation.•
_ Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales _
•targets.•
_ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. _
_ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. _
_ Willingness to travel as required. _
•Preferred Qualifications:•
_ Previous experience in the solar power industry. _
_ Knowledge of local, state, and federal incentives for solar power adoption. _
_ Certification in sales or marketing. _
_ Proven experience in solar energy sales, with a demonstrated track record of _
•achieving sales targets. ( Experience minimum 5 years in relevant field as a sales).•
_ In-depth knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and related technologies. _
_ Ability to conduct site assessments, understand technical specifications, and provide _
•accurate quotations.•
_ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and _
•stakeholders at all levels.•
_ Valid UAE driving license _
