Job Description

• Sales Development:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Marketing Activities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote heavy machinery products.
• Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
• Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce engaging marketing content.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and post-sales support.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the heavy machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery products and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
