Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and proposals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ Years of Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the local market and cultural dynamics is a plus.
