Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Dubai at Bur Dubai. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, increasing product sales, and generating new leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and deliver creative promotional campaigns to reach out to target audiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing marketing plans and budgets, analyzing market trends, and researching market conditions for effective strategies. You will also be responsible for keeping track of competitive activity and market trends to forecast potential market risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing and sales
• Experience in planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience in building relationships with B2B clients
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience in the food packaging industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage

ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month
