Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to close sales deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products/services.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to enhance brand visibility.
Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Educational sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B/B2C sales and marketing with a minimum of two years' experience
Certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
