Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and engage potential clients to provide tailored media and advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized marketing proposals.
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the advertising or media industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
