Path Fly is looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. This role involves not only handling reception duties but also developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing our marketing efforts related to Immigration Outbound Visa Services . Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media flatform, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc

Client Management:

• Greet and assist clients at the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Manage client inquiries regarding immigration services, including providing information on outbound visa services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with guidance through the visa application process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients for immigration services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Promote immigration outbound visa services through various marketing channels (social media, email, and other digital marketing methods).
• Organize and attend promotional events and webinars to educate potential clients about visa options.
• Create and distribute marketing materials to increase visibility and awareness of services offered.

Administrative & Reception Duties

• Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and communication with clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Assist in the preparation of visa applications and documentation under the guidance of the immigration team.
• Handle basic office administrative tasks such as filing, managing office supplies, and other reception-related duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in Immigration Services, specifically in Outbound Visa Services .
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing , with a track record of driving business growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of visa processes and immigration regulations.
• Experience in digital marketing (SEO, content creation, and social media management).
• Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus).
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within the immigration or visa services industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
