Job Overview

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. You will work closely with the management team to implement campaigns that align with our business goals and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development : Create and implement effective marketing plans to promote our cleaning services across various platforms.
• Content Creation : Develop engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters.
• SEO & Analytics : Optimize website content for search engines and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Customer Engagement : Design and execute customer retention programs, including promotions, referral schemes, and loyalty programs.
• Partnerships : Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to increase brand awareness and acquire new clients.
• Market Research : Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Advertising : Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, preferably within the cleaning or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva).
• Proficincy in Graphic Designing is a Plus.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
