• Key Responsibilities:
• Conducts market research for prospective clients to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and stay updated on new trends.
• Actively seeks new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media where possible.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Participates in activities that can possibly boost prospective clients.
• Sets up meetings with new and existing clients to check on their requirements and concerns related to the product and service we are offering (ISO Certification), to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat customers.
• Identifies and engages with potential clients to promote UCS's ISO certification services.
• Follows up religiously on leads until it's converted to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively conducts after sales assistance and follow ups to the customer for the product availed. (ISO Certification)
• Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiates contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborates with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provides regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attends industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote UCS's services.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
• Ensures after service meeting with the client to strengthen trust and confidence with the product offered.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the ISO certification or management consultancy industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and certification processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude to deliver attractive presentations.
• Strong Negotiation Skill.
• Driving License ( Light Vehicle)
