Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in aluminum, glass and fit-out. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales tactics and marketing campaigns.

Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional media and enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying process.

Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes and drive growth.

. Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) on campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
