Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our team in the Interior Design and Construction industry. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and construction sector.

Conduct email marketing, cold calls, WhatsApp and receive calls.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas.

Posting content on all client social media channels and the website.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

5 - 10 years of proven experience as a Sales and Marking in the interior design and construction industry.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the interior design and construction market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Valid driving license is required.

Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is considered an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering Degree or a related field is preferred.
