Job Vacancy: Sales Manager (Russian Market)

Company: Hong Guan Middle East Fishing and Sports Equipment Trading LLC, ( Brand: Pioneer tackle) a UAE-based wholesale supplier of fishing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Russian market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Organize and participate in trade shows and events to promote our products.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fishing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Russian market and business culture.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English.
• Willingness to travel.
