The Role
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase revenue. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, event bookings, and membership sales. - Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing. - Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and the website to promote the club's offerings and events. - Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and member appreciation activities to enhance community engagement and attract new members. - Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. - Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets, monitor performance, and report on key metrics. - Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend. - Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high quality.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or sports industries. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members. - Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Experience in event planning and management is a plus. - Passion for golf or familiarity with the golf industry is highly desirable.
