Sales And Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales within the UAE and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage social media and online marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales management within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the local hospitality market and trends.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
