We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive the success of our projects. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing team, and external partners to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our properties and generate leads.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation and drive sales.
- Track and report on key metrics, such as sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer satisfaction, to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, social media, and email marketing.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
