Oversee the marketing and sales department, plan and coordinate marketing and sales activities of the company
Develop marketing campaigns, plans as well as strategies
Plan and coordinate marketing efforts and communicate the market plan
Handle customers\' complaints and monitor level of satisfaction
Resolve problems and complaints through proper internal channels in a professional way
Identify potential customers and meet with potential customers
Assist in recruiting and training marketers as well as salesman
Increase brand awareness and positioning

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management or a related field
The applicant must have several years of experience in the sales and marketing field
