About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team, focusing on promoting education programs for students from Kindergarten through Grade 12. The primary target audience for this role includes parents and students, with the aim of increasing awareness, driving enrollments, and building strong relationships with families. The ideal candidate has a passion for education and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their best potential by guiding parents and students toward the right educational solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and scheduling personalized counselling sessions. By understanding their unique learning challenges, you will introduce solutions that set them up for academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Outreach:
Parent Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage with parents and promote the benefits of our academic programs for their children.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads through outreach initiatives, such as community events, online inquiries and referrals guiding parents through the enrollment process.
Enrollment Strategy Execution: Develop tailored approaches to encourage parents to enroll their children, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding our programs.
Community Engagement: Establish relationships with parent groups, student organizations, and local community centers to increase brand visibility and generate interest in our offerings.
•How to achieve Sales and Outreach? •
Engage with prospective clients with various types and means of communication from Tuesday to Friday and schedule free counselling sessions during the weekends.
Conduct counselling sessions (in person or online) with parents during the weekends (or weekdays) to identify the learning needs of their children and present our tailored learning solutions.
Follow up on potential leads and work toward closing the sale by evaluating payment options that suit the client's needs.
Contribute to the success of students by offering solutions that help them overcome their academic challenges and achieve excellence.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
Campaign Creation: Coordinate with our digital marketing team to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at parents and students, utilizing digital ads, social media, email and traditional media.
Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content that resonates with parents, showcasing program benefits, success stories, and educational outcomes.
Social Media Management: Maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms, engaging with parents and students through informative and relevant content.
Event Planning & Participation: Organize and participate in open houses, webinars and community events designed for parents and students, providing information on program features and enrollment procedures.
3. Brand Awareness & Public Relations:
Public Relations: Manage media relations to increase brand exposure and promote our mission of educational excellence.
Parent Testimonials: Collect and share testimonials from current parents and students, demonstrating program effectiveness and satisfaction.
Promotional Partnerships: Collaborate with local organizations, including libraries, after-school programs, and recreational centers, to promote our programs to parents and students.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
CRM Management: Use CRM software to track all client interactions, manage leads, and maintain an updated database of potential and enrolled families.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on parent and student needs, preferences, and educational trends to tailor marketing efforts and enhance program offerings.
Performance Analysis: Regularly report on sales progress, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback to optimize future strategies and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream or specialization.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for experience in education, family-oriented industry or consumer goods and services.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of the KG-12 (CGSE/IGCSE/CBSE) education system and the needs of parents and students.
o A strong passion for sales and marketing with a desire to help students improve their learning journey.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, national, state & vernacular languages.
o Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
o Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
o Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms.
Personal Traits:
o Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
o Creative problem solver and team player.
o Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
o Experience with digital and email marketing and social media advertising.
o Knowledge of parental concerns and trends in the educational space.
