We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team and expand our client base.

As a Sales Executive at NYBS, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with potential clients. This on-site position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our services, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs. The role offers a fixed salary with a commission structure, providing significant earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in need of accounting, tax consulting, and auditing services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored service offerings.
• Conduct on-site visits to meet clients, present our services, and close sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and client services teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of NYBS.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting, tax consulting, and auditing services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and persuasive approach.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client meetings and presentations.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary of AED 2,000 - AED 4000 per month, plus commission based on sales performance.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
