Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Business Development: Successfully create business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.
Negotiation: Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of quota-carrying sales experience. Experience in corporate uniforms or B2B sales is a plus.
CRM Knowledge: Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Track Record: Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
