We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Art Dei Marmi , specializing in high-quality marble products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing effective marketing strategies, and building brand awareness within the marble and stone industry. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies aimed at expanding our client base, increasing customer engagement, and promoting our premium marble products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand the customer base for marble products.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential customers in the marble and construction industry.
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, trade publications, etc.) to promote marble products and brand recognition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers, while acquiring new clients in the marble and construction sectors.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring content highlights our marble collections and aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and product teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content that showcases our marble products effectively.
• Analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance to refine strategies and drive optimal results in terms of sales and customer acquisition.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities to showcase Art Dei Marmi's marble offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches, smooth operations, and customer satisfaction in marble product deliveries.
• Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marble market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the marble, construction, or home decor industries, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, architects, and industry professionals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation tailored to the marble and stone industry.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft innovative marketing campaigns that highlight the unique qualities of marble products.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
