Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive who is confident, results-oriented, and ready to take on challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, particularly in the GCC region. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our visibility and sales, ensuring that Dibba Mountain Park Resort is recognized as a top destination for both local and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, corporate clients, and local businesses.

- Create compelling marketing materials and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content.

- Organize events, promotions, and on-site activities to attract guests and enhance the resort's visibility.

- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns and make necessary adjustments.

- Represent Dibba Mountain Park Resort at trade shows, networking events, and community activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.

- Strong knowledge of the GCC market, including cultural nuances and customer behavior.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

- Valid UAE driver's license.

- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
