We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Marketing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

sales and marketing

, with the ability to manage and oversee our marketing agency, handle incoming leads, and drive successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management:

Handle and follow up on leads to convert them into successful deals. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to maximize sales opportunities. Close deals efficiently and meet sales targets.

Marketing Oversight:

Supervise and coordinate with our external marketing agency to ensure effective campaigns. Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements to maximize lead generation. Ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and drive sales growth.

Client Relations & Business Development:

Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. Represent the company professionally in meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in

sales and marketing

(minimum

2 years

in the UAE preferred). Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to

manage and oversee marketing agencies

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in

CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and lead management

is a plus.
