Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate sales leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into sales opportunities.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Design and produce effective advertising campaigns for both digital and traditional media.
Track and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, making adjustments to optimize results.
Produce high-quality graphic videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
Utilize video editing software to create engaging visual content that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure all video content aligns with the company's branding and messaging.
Visit construction sites to capture professional photos for marketing and documentation purposes.
Edit and enhance photos using Photoshop or other editing software.
Ensure photos accurately represent the company's projects and maintain high visual standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
