Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional assets.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and manage a robust social media strategy to increase brand presence and engagement across platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Communicate marketing plans, strategies, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Skill & Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
• Expertise in managing social media platforms and executing successful campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative thinking and a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
