Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our interior design and construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors for interior design and construction projects.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Marketing:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote OryxSain's services.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content, such as blog posts, case studies, and newsletters, to showcase our projects and expertise.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for business growth.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.
• Event Planning: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote OryxSain's services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design and construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
