DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Sales and Marketing Director in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy in the company
Conduct research and develop marketing opportunities as well as plans, understand customer requirements, identify market trends and propose system improvements to meet the company\'s marketing goals if necessary
Assist in promoting the company\'s existing brands and introduce new products to the market
Maintain relationships with important clients through making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Provide sales and marketing training to the sales team members
Implement new sales plans and advertise
Collect, investigate and summarize market data as well as trends to prepare reports
Evaluate budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and make sure the sales team meets their quotas and goals
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business management or a related course
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the sales and marketing field
Should have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing field
Good decision making skills required
