Sales and Marketing Coordinator
. This role is vital in supporting the daily operations of the sales and marketing department by coordinating quotations, managing client communication, assisting in logistics coordination, and executing marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of B2B operations and client handling in the marine or industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and technical submissions in coordination with the project team and suppliers.
Assist in managing local and international client inquiries, tenders, and contract documentation.
Add new client profiles, inquiries, and opportunities into the CRM/database and maintain accurate records.
Maintain and update the CRM database with client details, project updates, and communication logs.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor ongoing sales activities and generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and pipeline status.
Prepare and send logistics-related emails, including shipping instructions, tracking details, and delivery coordination.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients regarding documentation and import/export formalities.
Marketing Support:
Assist in executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns tailored to the company.
Manage and update company social media platforms and the website with news, product updates, and case studies.
Support the preparation of marketing collateral, including product catalogs, technical datasheets, presentations, and newsletters.
Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events in the UAE and GCC.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends relevant to marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.
Administrative & Communication:
Handle day-to-day communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records of client and supplier interactions.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales and marketing materials.
Support the sales, project, and marketing team with administrative and reporting tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the marine, oil & gas, or industrial equipment sectors in the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Familiarity with marine/offshore technical products is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
UAE residency and a valid driving license are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
