The Role
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell products to both individual clients and businesses across the UAE. - Attend and organize industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and foster new partnerships. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain a pipeline of prospects. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape. - Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the products. - Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide customer feedback and support continuous product improvement. - Achieve and exceed sales targets, preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential. - Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a strong track record of success in selling real estate, construction, or innovative housing solutions. - Driver's License: A valid UAE driver's license is required. - Local Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the UAE market and client preferences is crucial. - Customer-Oriented: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. - Self-Motivated: Proactive and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth in a fast-paced environment. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
