Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to showcase our properties to potential buyers and renters
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
• Manage the company's online presence and reputation by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or feedback
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance in closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships
• Analyze sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a professional image
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about the market
• Manage the marketing and sales budget effectively and make recommendations for resource allocation
• Handle the lease management
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and target audience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and team members
