Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated

Sales and Logistics Coordinator

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process for rentals and ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries, customer communications, and operational logistics. You will need experience managing sales leads, converting those leads into sales, and ensuring the seamless operation of our services from start to finish. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Customer Service:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with detailed information on rental items, services, and pricing. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. Manage sales leads, convert them into successful sales, and ensure all client requirements are met. Create customized quotes and proposals based on customer needs, preferences, and event requirements. Track and manage sales opportunities, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Logistics and Operations:

Oversee the coordination of deliveries and pickups for all rental items, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and inventory levels are maintained. Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure seamless event execution. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and invoices. Provide regular sales and operational reports to the management team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:



Minimum of

2 years of experience

in a similar role, preferably in sales, event coordination, or logistics management. Proven track record of

successful sales

, with the ability to demonstrate and provide evidence of sales performance and lead conversion. Strong experience in

creating quotes and proposals

tailored to customer needs. Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

in English. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Desired Skills:



Previous experience in the

party rental industry

or event planning is a plus. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing customer needs. Detail-oriented and able to handle logistics in a fast-paced environment.
