Job Description

We FMP Homes offer a wide range of property services including leasing, buying and selling residential and commercial properties in Dubai, including property management. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate operations, including property management, leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall execution and accountability of the operations of the Sales, Leasing ,Property Management ,and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and all the properties including maintenance , Tenant Relations , repairs etc. accordance with the company standards to increase the efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate operations, including identifying growth opportunities, optimizing property performance, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
• Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies like Dubai Land Department, Rent Dispute Committee, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense to ensure that all the revenue generating departments adhere to the set legal framework governing the real estate laws of Dubai.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management, property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that goals and objectives are met, and issues are addressed promptly.
• Ensure operational costs are kept to a minimum , Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that properties are operated within budgetary guidelines. Analyze financial statements and prepare reports for senior management.
• Supervise Operations Team including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ensure that staff are trained in relevant policies, procedures, and regulations and Equip the new joiners with the knowledge, practical skills to carry out the day to day work-related tasks.
• Implement necessary checks and balance to mitigate operational risks across all departments and to ensure the best interest of the company.
• Ensure alignment of the department's policies and objectives in line with the broad corporate policies and procedures.
• Manage the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, screening potential tenants, and negotiating leases.
• Ensure positive tenant relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner .
• Conduct operational audits and ensure processes are in compliance with corporate policy.
• Develop policies and procedures for implementing quality and customer-service standards
• Prepare operational reports for the Managing Director.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge with rules and regulations of real estate industry in UAE
• Good analytical skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Managerial role within UAE property industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Possess a thorough understanding of all the RERA laws and government and legal regulations
• Valid UAE Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
