Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase restaurant sales and customer base.
• Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotions, events, and digital campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the dining experience to foster customer loyalty, with a focus on personalized service and engagement.
• Partnerships & Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and the community to drive brand awareness and traffic.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure that sales goals align with operational capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business growth.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to track, measure, and report on performance.
