Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Sales Target Achievement:
• Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Analyze sales data and trends to optimize strategies for growth.
2. Customer Service:
• Manage customer inquiries and response promptly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations and advise accordingly.
3. Digital Marketing:
• Utilize basic SEO principles to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Implement and manage online campaigns using ads and other digital marketing tools.
• Monitor performance metrics through analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote products and engage with customers.
• Manage business profiles to increase brand presence.
5. Reporting:
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to track sales performances, website traffic, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in preferably in the music instruments/institute industry.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for music and understanding of customer preferences in the music instruments market.
