We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will not only drive sales in our showroom but also handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media messages, and in-person interactions. Your excellent English communication skills will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in the showroom, providing information about our products and assisting with purchases.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and products are displayed attractively.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Must be based in Sharjah and able to work flexible hours from 10am to 10pm.
• Valid UAE residency visa.
