Job Summary:
The role focuses on sales, client engagement, and customer service, with key responsibilities including handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, following up with clients via various communication channels, and introducing new clients to Illuminations Wellbeing Center's services. It involves maintaining accurate client records, managing therapist availability, and addressing inquiries related to digital bookings and AI-driven chat interactions. Proactively
introduce new clients
to Illuminations Wellbeing Center and
recommend suitable wellness programs
based on their needs.
Maintain and update
client information in the CRM
, ensuring accurate records.
Assist in
rescheduling and managing therapist availability
while optimizing schedules for maximum bookings.
Address inquiries related to
SEO, digital bookings, and AI-driven chat interactions

Marketing & Communication:
Craft
engaging WhatsApp messages, email campaigns, and marketing follow-ups
for client communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to
design WhatsApp banners, flyers, and promotional content
for services and events.
Work with the events team to manage inquiries related to
private sessions, workshops, and wellness retreats
.
Send out
daily reports
on client interactions, sales conversions, and engagement trends.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence:
Ensure
prompt responses
across multiple communication channels (
WhatsApp, Live Chat, WATI, Email
).
Proactively
engage with existing and potential clients
, providing tailored wellness solutions.
Track and
improve conversion rates
from inquiries to confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with therapists, reception, and marketing teams to ensure a
seamless client journey

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and client engagement, ideally within the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, email, phone, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate client records.
Experience in upselling and recommending services based on client needs.
Knowledge of SEO, digital bookings, and AI-driven chat interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, therapists) to optimize client experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
Proficiency in crafting engaging marketing materials, such as email campaigns, WhatsApp messages, and promotional content.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to track and improve sales conversion rates.
Previous experience in wellness or health-related fields is a plus.
