We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Center Operations Manager for our educational institute. This individual will play a dual role in driving sales initiatives while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, operational management, and customer service to ensure smooth center functioning and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Drive sales initiatives for programs and courses offered by the institute.
• Engage with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders to provide information about the institute's offerings.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create sales materials and campaigns.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
• Center Operations:
• Oversee the daily operations of the education center, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle student registrations, admissions, and provide necessary support for administrative tasks.
• Manage center facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and conducive to a productive learning environment.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure timely delivery of educational services.
• Customer Service:
• Address queries, concerns, and feedback from students, parents, and staff in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing students, providing guidance on program selection and course-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or educational institute operations.
• Should be good in execution of task assigned by manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
