The Role
The Sales Head will be responsible for managing all sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing customer service operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can cultivate client relationships, convert leads, and ensure smooth project completion. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to new customer inquiries and perform independent on-site visits to convert leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the completion of projects, coordinating with the technical team to ensure operational smoothness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Network with potential companies for collaborations and secure service agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support and resolve inquiries effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize processes and improve performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and mentor sales and customer service staff to enhance skills and achieve objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain CRM systems and utilize data analytics to track progress and drive insights.Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar role in the cleaning services industry or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales and customer service teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Preferred Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the dry cleaning or specialized cleaning services industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with the latest industry trends and market dynamics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Having a UAE drivers license is an added advantage!
