We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to lead the growth initiatives for our Dhow cruise business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry, with a focus on creating strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and expanding the market presence. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in both Corporate and B2B sectors.
• Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer segments to expand the Dhow cruise offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and vendors to enhance the cruise offerings.
• Set and achieve sales targets by making bookings for private charters, group events, and regular cruise operations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and packages that attract local and international customers.
• Manage relationships with high-profile clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Handle inquiries, customize cruise packages for clients, and manage end-to end client onboarding.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, customer preferences, and market conditions.
• Use insights to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the planning and execution of on-board events such as corporate events, weddings, and cultural tours to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with operational and marketing teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives.
• Train and support sales teams in understanding product offerings and selling strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
