This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (Emirati), with a focus on driving sales and expanding our business network. The role includes a competitive commission structure, offering high earning potential for a motivated candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contracting and construction industry in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Create and present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
• Emirati National with a strong understanding of the Dubai market.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
