Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers by researching and assessing their needs, aligning with the company's target market and customer profile.
Generate new leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and other outbound marketing efforts.
Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure a positive experience with the company.
Conduct services demonstrations to showcase the company's services to potential clients.
Monitor and report on sales activity, including lead generation, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and other metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and the competitive landscape to capitalize on new opportunities.
Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain client records.
Conceive and develop efficient business development strategies.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Organize and oversee social media presence and awareness campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand and service awareness, and competition ventures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a sales or business development executive (5 to 7 years).
. Experience in construction field is a plus.
Strong sales skills with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English), both verbal and written.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective plans.
Customer-centric focus with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of industry and market trends in the company's operating sector is beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
